Energy Junior Slides on Dividend Announcement: Canadian Daily Small/Micro Cap Market Movers

Mart Resources, Inc. (TSX: MMT)
shares slipped 10% to $0.61 on volume of more than 1.5 million shares Friday after
the oil and gas company focused on production and development opportunities in Nigeria said
in an effort to preserve cash it would not be paying a dividend for the fourth
quarter of 2014.

As well,
shares of Lomiko Metals Inc. (TSXV: LMR)
moved up 15% to $0.075 as the explorer and developer of resource properties
that contain minerals for the “new green economy” revealed its graphene
branding strategy following its Monday announcement that it plans to spin-off
two new technology companies after the successful launch of its Graphene 3D
Lab.

Imperus Technologies Corp. (TSXV: LAB),
meanwhile, reported that its C$20 million (to a maximum of C$30 million) best
efforts private placement offering will be priced at C$0.35 per Subscription
Receipt. Imperus specializes in the convergence of social networking, mobile
gaming, and real money gaming and is the developer of CASINA, a social gaming
software platform. Imperus Technologies stock dropped 8% to $0.355 following
the announcement.
